Wide Interoperability and new governance moDels for freight Exchange linking Regions through Multimodal maritime based cOrridorS
WiderMoS shows its Multimodal Platform to Spanish Freight Forwarder Federation

As a continuation with the usual tasks of dissemination and demonstration of WiderMoS European Project, last September 30th, Spanish partners organized a meeting in Barcelona with the Maritime Commision of Spanish Freight Forwaders Federation (Feteia) to show them how IT Corridor Management Platform (CMP) can act as a Logistic Single Window for the integration of sea based transport services in the logistic chain. Feteia Maritime Commission is composed of regional associations of freight forwarders in Barcelona, Madrid, Algeciras, Alicante and Valencia.

Mr. Agustín Montori, representing Asta Logistik; Mr. Angel Priegue from International Center for Numerical Methods in Engineering (Cimne); and Ms. Clara Garcia, from COMPASS Si; made the formal demonstration of CMT that was received with great interest by the attendees. Feteia commited to the dissemination of platform among its partners and members to facilitate its consolidation in the Freight Forwaders sector.

Attendees were invited to participate in the final event of the project will be take in La Spezia the next 28 and 29 October, in which participate personalities of DG-MOVE, including Mr. Brian Simpson, European Coordinator European for Motorways of the Seas or Jose Anselmo, the MoS Principal Advisor at the European Commission.
